After working 23 years in the chemical industry, I realized that the industry veered farther away from natural/ organic ingredients and moved closer to harsh, hazardous,
and dangerous chemicals that harm the environment, animals, and people. I became disillusioned and discouraged about my role as a scientist in this industry.
It is true that many of these same chemicals make life more convenient. But for the sake of convenience, we risk and sacrifice our health and our lives.
As a woman, wife, and mother, I am concerned about the future. My children's future is my future. I am also concerned about the state of the environment, the air my
family breathes, the water my family drinks, the food my family eats. Needless to say, I am also concerned about the products my family uses on their skin and hair and in
our home. There is a need for more natural products. This is where AlysAmari steps in.
My family knows how strongly I feel about environmentally safe and people and pet friendly products. So, my daughters (the name-sake of the company) and my husband
convinced me to start AlysAmari TM, LLC. AlysAmari is my family's contribution to a greener world. I figure that if I can't create totally green products, I can create greener
and safer products that are also convenient.
