satisfied customer is our best advertisement and our goal is to be sure that you are completely satisfied with our quality. We welcome your feedback about all of
our products. Our guarantee requires that products be used as intended.

AlysAmari accepts online retail and other orders, on and off-line.  This online store represents only a small portion of our company's products, services, and capabilities.

E-mail and Phone queries are answered within 24 to 48 hours.  Please send all inquires to alam_info@alysamari.net .  You can also go to the ContactUs page of this site
to send your inquires, comments, or even special orders.  Please make phone queries to 770-722-8808 between the hours of 8am and 7pm, Monday through Friday,
Saturday from 10am to 8pm, and Sunday from 1pm to 7pm, Eastern Time.  

All products are made and formulated by AlysAmari by our in-house Research & Development Chemist. For any queries you may have, please contact us.  All products
are tested in-house by our Quality Control Department.  

We carefully pack all merchandise for shipping. If an order arrives damaged, please contact carrier
 immediately and we will arrange for replacement  or credit of  
orders according to our return policy below. You must let us know before you return damaged merchandise.  Shipping costs are not refunded and are not included in the
credit or replacement of product. Customer is responsible for returned shipment charges. It is recommended that customers insure shipments with carrier when orders
are placed.

Return Policy

For Retail---If for any reason you are not satisfied, please return your order within 14 days to make an exchange or  for a refund (less shipping & handling charges).
For Private Label, Contract Packaging, Custom Blending,Signature/Exclusive Items ----There are no returns for these catagories.
The quality of AlysAmari products is guaranteed for 1 year.  Due to their natural status, AlysAmari products are best when  used within1 year.  Although AlysAmari
products will last longer than a year, 1 year of use is preferred.  All product batches are identified by a batch number or code such as AA112708.  This code is interpreted
as AlysAmari November 27, 2008.  This means that a product is guaranteed until the end of May 2009.  This code will be located on the product and on the invoice or
packing slip.
It is recommended that customers insure shipments with carrier when orders are placed. Please contact carrier immediately if product shipment is damaged so that a
resolution can be expedited immediately.  
AlysAmari requests that customers order, first, a sample kit to test products on skin before making an order. Even though, AlysAmari products are hypoallergenic, there
is a small chance that a customer can have a reaction to any natural product.  If one has allergies such as hay-fever (an allergy to natural things), then one could have a
reaction to anything else that is natural. If sample shows a reaction on skin, stop use immediately and wash area of skin tested.  If irritation persists, consult with your
doctor.  Instructions for testing will accompany samples and products.  
Customer Service Concerns-Customers can contact AlysAmari through the website, www.alysamari.net and enter information on the contact us page.  Customers can
send an email to alam_info@alysamari.net.  Customers can call 770-722-8808 or send a letter to P.O. Box 267, Hiram, GA 30141.  Customers will be contacted within 24
to 48 hours of receipt of message.  Any situations will be resolved in a timely fashion. After 14 days, store credit or exchange only for same is available.
For Private Label/Wholesale----Net 14 days.   No returns on Private Label.  
For Contract Packaging, Custom Blending or Signature/Exclusivity----There is no return policy for Contract Packaging, Custom Blending, Signature/Exclusivity or Private
Label.
Research, Formulation and Product Development are NOT refundable and NON-negotiable.  
A pre-shipment sample will be provided on purchased Private Label/Wholesale, Contract Packaging, Custom Blending and Signature/Exclusivity orders.
Store credit and exchange DO NOT APPLY to Private Label/Wholesale, Contract Packaging, Custom Blending or Signature/Exclusivity.  Customer is responsible for
returned shipment charges in all categories.
Sales at festivals and special events are final with exchange only within 14 days of event.
For all product returns--- customer must return unused product at customer's expense.  Allow 14 days for processing unless otherwise specified.

Minimum Orders

There is NO minimum order required for all retail sales.  For all Private Label/Wholesale and Special Events, the minimum order varies
according to item.  Please call for Wholesale Price List and Catalog or view our Wholesale Price List on our Services page.  For Contract
Packaging, the minimum order is $1,000.00.  For Custom Blending/Signature/Exclusive items, the minimum order is $2,500.00.

Cost of raw materials can fluctuate.  So, prices are subject to change without notice.


Samples

Shipping & Handling charges will be applied to all sample orders of retail products.  A sample kit order will include 5 samples of AlysAmari products.  To order samples,
go to the Contact Us page and click Order Now under AlysAmari Sample Kit.  For Wholesale samples, samples are available at cost per each.  Shipping and Handling
charges will apply.  Please call for this service.  Thank you.

We ship via UPS and USPS. Shipping and handling costs are calculated by the “ship to” zip code on our web site shopping cart. If you do not select a shipping zone, or
select the incorrect zone, we will correct the zone and adjust your invoice accordingly. If you do not choose a shipping method, we will ship by UPS or USPS, choosing the
least expensive. For international orders, we will calculate shipping costs and get your approval before shipping.
We do not deliver at this time.  If you would like to pick up your order, please e-mail us for directions and we will arrange pick up.  This is for local pick up only—within 35
miles.
We carefully pack all merchandise for shipping. If an order arrives damaged, please contact carrier
 immediately and we will arrange for replacement  or credit of  
orders according to our return policy above. You must let us know before you return damaged merchandise.  Shipping costs are not refunded and are not included in the
credit or replacement of product. Customer is responsible for returned shipment charges. It is recommended that customers insure shipments with carrier when orders

Payment Options

We accept payments through PAYPAL and by check or certified funds directly to AlysAmari.  PAYPAL will accept credit and debit cards, checks and direct payments.  
Orders paid by check or certified funds directly to AlysAmari are held until funds clear our bank. If a check or certified funds is returned to us, the customer will be
charged a $35.00 fee and no future orders will be shipped until the account is paid. All future orders will be paid by certified funds or PAYPAL. We do not ship COD. We do
not keep credit card or bank or personal Identification information on file. You
MUST resubmit credit information to PAYPAL, each time you order.  If you use checks or
certified funds directly to AlysAmari, you must submit that information to us each time you order.  We destroy all personal information.  Checks and certified funds such
as Money Orders are, of course, returned to designated financial origin.  Remember that all Check and Certified Fund Orders are made on the Contact US page.  Do Not
proceed to Check Out if you purchase items with Check,  Money Order, or other certified funds.  AlysAmari, LLC will contact you for information to be entered at PAYPAL.

Privacy

Information that we collect is solely for use by AlysAmari in our business relationship with you. We will not release, sell or give your personal information or email
address to any third party. We do not keep credit card or bank or personal Identification information on file. You
MUST resubmit credit information to PAYPAL (through
our website), each time you order.  If you use checks or certified funds, you must submit that information to us each time you order.   We destroy all personal information.
Checks and certified funds such as Money Orders are, of course, returned to designated financial origin.  AlysAmari reserves the right to enlist the aid of collection
agencies and/or legal counsel in the matters of insufficient funds or non-payment.

Allergy alert

If you have allergies to nuts, you can request that your products be made with Olive Oil instead of Shea Butter.  Shea Butter is derived from nuts.  It is advisable to make
absolutely certain that you request your purchase be made
WITHOUT Shea Butter.  Please make this request each time you order so that the Compounding Department
can make a written note of your request.  

For those who have allergies to various herbs or fragrances, please order the Still Waters products. The Still Waters Collection may contain Shea Butter, so it is
advisable to request Olive Oil instead of Shea Butter if you have allergies to nuts.  There is a comment section on the order page where you can write this request.  

Also, please alert us to any other allergies you might have such as hay fever or to bee stings or to wheat products.  Many natural ingredients, although far better for you
and the environment than many synthetic products, can be grouped in the same category as common allergens.  For example, lip balm can contain bee's wax.  If you are
allergic to bee stings, you might also be allergic to many bee by-products such as bee's wax or honey.  We, at AlysAmari, have worked hard to address common
allergens.   Any information you can give us to help us serve you better is greatly appreciated.

Due to the exotic nature of the raw materials required to make our products, each product is made to order.  This means it may take up to 2 weeks to make and ship
products to you.  Our products are worth the wait.  We appreciate your patience in this matter.
